23andMe — How to download your raw DNA

Download the raw genotype export from your 23andMe account, recognise the four-column text file and keep the original archive intact.

Sign in at 23andme.com.

Click on your profile (top right) → Browse raw data.

At the top of the page, click the Download tab.

Confirm your password if prompted and submit the download request.

You'll receive an email with a download link within a few minutes (usually immediate).

Open the email, download the file, and upload it here. It's a .zip containing a .txt file — our uploader accepts both.
